Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid and current Physical Therapist license
- Previous experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Confident in documenting student progress and providing constructive feedback
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the school routines
- Conduct assessments and continually evaluate student needs and progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation of services provided
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
