School-Based Physical Therapist - Stratford, Connecticut

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Confident in documenting student progress and providing constructive feedback

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the school routines
• Conduct assessments and continually evaluate student needs and progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation of services provided
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
