This onsite opportunity covers multiple K-12 campuses, providing a varied and rewarding work environment for an experienced Physical Therapist. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while traveling between school sites, ensuring comprehensive support for students across a range of needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapy license in South Carolina (SC PT License required)
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in an itinerant, multi-campus environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based interventions to K-12 students
• Work across multiple school sites, providing itinerant physical therapy services
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student participation in academic environments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
