Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ physical and developmental needs within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address motor skills, mobility, balance, and safety
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure coordinated support for students
- Assist in modifying classroom environments and activities to enhance accessibility
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise regarding physical therapy goals and progress
- Provide training to school staff and families on physical therapy strategies and safe mobility techniques
