Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Effective time management and documentation proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support educational achievement
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Document progress and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Provide direct and consultative PT services per student IEP requirements
