Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective time management and documentation proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support educational achievement
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Document progress and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
- Provide direct and consultative PT services per student IEP requirements
