Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington State, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs and goals
• Design and deliver direct therapy sessions and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
• Educate staff, students, and families on therapeutic approaches and accommodations
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy interventions
• Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs and strengths of each student
