Virtual Physical Therapist Needed - New York

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in New York who is committed to helping students build strength, mobility, and independence. This remote role allows you to deliver impactful care while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Position Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New York state Physical Therapist license
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Position Details:

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
• 1099 Contract position
• Pay range: $45–$53 per hour
• School-based setting (virtual services)
• 2026–2027 school year (August–May)
• Contract aligned with the school calendar, with potential for renewal

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct virtual evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with physical and mobility needs
• Provide teletherapy services to support strength, coordination, and functional movement
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and participate in virtual IEP meetings

Interview Process:

• 10–15 minute screening call with a VocoVision recruiter
• 15-minute technical assessment
• 20–30 minute virtual interview with the school district
• Offers are typically extended within 24–48 hours following the interview
