Online Physical Therapist | Indiana

A physical therapy position is available providing telehealth and in-school services focused on pediatric clients. Located in Fishers, IN, this contract role primarily supports school settings and includes extended school year (ESY) services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering physical therapy evaluations and interventions via telehealth and in-person sessions within the school environment
• Collaborating with educators and school staff to support individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Documenting therapy plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Providing specialized ESY services requiring one hour per week over the summer months

Qualifications and experience desired:
