This role involves providing one-on-one pediatric physical therapy services through telehealth within a school setting. The position is based in Minnesota City, MN, and operates on a contract basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized physical therapy sessions to pediatric students via telehealth platforms
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborating with educators and other specialists to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student improvement and therapy outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to telehealth and school-based therapy services
Qualifications and experience desired:
