Remote School Physical Therapist - North Carolina

A contract position is available for a Physical Therapist (PT) providing telehealth and onsite services within a school setting. This role offers 10-12 hours per week in Salisbury, NC, focusing on supporting student health and mobility through tailored interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering physical therapy services both via telehealth platforms and in-person within the school environment.
• Supervising and collaborating with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure quality care and effective therapy plans.
• Assessing student needs and developing individualized treatment plans to support functional mobility and participation in educational activities.
• Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and school requirements.
• Communicating with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and promote student well-being.

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state.
