School-Based Physical Therapist - Three Rivers, MI

Make an impact as a Physical Therapist supporting multiple school locations near Three Rivers, MI! This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential services to students across several dynamic educational communities, including Climax-Scotts, Comstock, Parchment, Gull Lake, and Galesburg-Augusta. You'll play a key role in helping students reach their highest potential through comprehensive physical therapy interventions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Michigan
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
• Ability to travel between assigned school locations within the area
• Strong organization skills for maintaining service notes and conducting evaluations
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting educational goals
• Deliver direct services and interventions within school settings
• Document all services provided and maintain accurate, timely service notes
• Collaborate with other school professionals, such as special education teachers and administrators, to ensure holistic student support
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student care as needed
