In this in-person role, you will work 35 hours per week, from August 19, 2026, through June 1, 2027, playing a vital part in fostering student growth and maximizing potential.

As a dedicated school-based PT, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based programs and services tailored to students with disabilities. Desired Background and Experience:

• Active Illinois physical therapy license (required)
• Experience in a school-based setting highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services onsite to students ages 3 to 21
• Work closely with faculty and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate effective programs that foster student independence and participation
• Create and update treatment plans, maintaining thorough and compliant documentation
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, modifications, and classroom strategies
• Offer professional development and support to education staff as needed
