Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • Familiarity with documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school and state regulations

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students with diverse needs in a school environment
  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ motor functions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Coordinate and consult with teaching staff and parents to ensure effective support for each student
  • Attend eligibility and IEP meetings when needed, offering professional insights regarding students’ physical development and therapy goals

  • Educate school personnel on strategies and accommodations to facilitate student participation in daily school activities
