Responsibilities in This Position:

• Provide physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assess student needs, develop goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student mobility and participation
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting therapy plans as needed
• Supervise and consult with the onsite Physical Therapist Assistant
• Travel between school buildings as required during the 2-3 day workweek
• Maintain compliance with all administrative and documentation requirements
