Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP documentation and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with staff, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and paperwork efficiently
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies based on individual needs and educational goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess K-12 students to determine physical therapy needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver direct PT services in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track progress, maintain thorough records, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student safety and inclusion
• Participate in team meetings to support holistic student development
• Provide guidance on adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
