School-Based Physical Therapist - Vail, AZ

From January 4th, 2027, through May 28th, 2027, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing physical therapy services across both preschool and elementary school settings, as well as serving two homebound students. Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based PT (preschool and/or elementary preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Sensitivity and adaptability when working with young children and their families
• Familiarity with managing and supporting homebound student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to preschool and elementary students, both in-school and at home
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
