Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct physical therapy services to students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, administrators, and the student support team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress regularly.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to help set and review appropriate student goals and accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Experience working with children or previous school-based setting experience is highly valued.
