School-Based Physical Therapist - Vallejo, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy license for California
• Previous experience providing PT services in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for PT services
• Develop individualized goals and interventions tailored to each student's needs

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
