School-Based Physical Therapist - Vancouver, WA

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and required reports
• Participate in meetings, when needed, to support comprehensive care planning
