In this contract opportunity, you’ll work 15-20 hours each week in a year-round program serving a diverse client base ranging from adolescents to older adults, with an emphasis on young adults. Most clients will be seen for two sessions per week, allowing you to build genuine relationships and positively influence client progress over time.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in school or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with outpatient and school-based therapy models
- Previous work with intellectual and developmental disabilities strongly preferred
- Comfort serving clients aged 12 years through older adult populations
- Understanding of the Medicare/Medicaid system
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with clients
- Adaptability and a positive, enthusiastic approach to care
- Willingness to collaborate on a flexible schedule—director is open to discussing options during the interview
