School-Based Physical Therapist - Visalia, CA

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ physical therapy needs through standardized and functional evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with the educational team
• Provide therapy services to help students achieve optimal educational access and participation
• Support IEP development, attend meetings, and maintain clear documentation
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals for integrated care
• Offer recommendations for equipment, accommodations, and classroom modifications
• Track progress and adjust interventions based on student response
