Qualifications:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ physical therapy needs through standardized and functional evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with the educational team
- Provide therapy services to help students achieve optimal educational access and participation
- Support IEP development, attend meetings, and maintain clear documentation
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals for integrated care
- Offer recommendations for equipment, accommodations, and classroom modifications
- Track progress and adjust interventions based on student response
