Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Proven experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in school physical therapy
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess students to determine functional mobility, gross motor skills, and therapeutic needs within the school context
- Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy, consultative support, and recommendations for classroom adaptations
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on supportive techniques to encourage ongoing student development
