Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

• Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective therapeutic interventions in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students in achieving their functional mobility and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to design appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes
