With a flexible schedule of three days per week (8:30 am–3:00 pm), you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and help students develop critical skills. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring students with mandated IEPs receive top-notch physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services as indicated on students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough evaluations and reevaluations to assess students’ needs and document progress
• Attend and actively participate in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings
• Establish clear communication with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s therapy goals
• Design and update therapy plans tailored to individual student requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Experience working with elementary and middle school populations is highly valued
• Background providing therapy in educational settings, with familiarity in IEP procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
