Physical Therapist - School Setting in Webster, NY

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with grades K-5, is highly preferred
• Strong communication and adaptability skills for multi-site service
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physical therapists, teachers, and other school staff
• Organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about working with children

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists (PT)
• Work with students on gross motor skills, balance, strength, and mobility to encourage classroom participation and independence
• Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group formats as directed
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate regularly with supervising PTs and staff
• Travel between two school locations as scheduled
