Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in healthcare, ideally within a school-based or pediatric setting
• Ability to provide therapy to a medically fragile, bed-bound student
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred (however, non-bilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply; interpretation support may be arranged)
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to continuity of care over multiple years
• Clear communicator and collaborative team member

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with the student’s IEP goals and medical needs
• Coordinate care with occupational and speech therapists for a comprehensive approach
• Communicate effectively with the student’s parents, therapists, and school staff
• Adapt therapy strategies for a home-based, bed-bound setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate in progress reviews
