Physical Therapist - School Setting in West Chester, PA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students during their Extended School Year (ESY) program from July 1st to July 30th. You’ll work Monday through Thursday, 9am to 1pm, at a 5th/6th Grade Center conveniently located near West Chester, PA. Key Qualifications:

• Valid license and credentialing as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with PT services, is a plus
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and goal-oriented therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teachers and support staff
• Ability to organize therapy sessions and adapt to evolving caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct PT services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ physical development and participation in school activities
• Document assessments, progress, and session outcomes as required by school guidelines
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address students’ needs in alignment with school schedules
• Attend team meetings or provide input for student progress reports as needed
