School Physical Therapist | West Chester, Pennsylvania

You’ll play a key role in helping learners achieve greater independence and confidence through movement and functional skill development.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and documentation requirements
• Adaptability in a multidisciplinary educational team environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy to school-age students, focusing on those with low-incidence disabilities
• Assess students’ physical capabilities and design individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Track student progress and participate in IEP meetings, delivering professional insights and reporting
• Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with all school and state regulations

Schedule & Location:

• 3-4 days per week, providing a balanced work schedule
• Serve students at the Marple Education Center, focusing on low-incidence populations
• Contribute meaningfully within a supportive, interdisciplinary school community
