School Physical Therapist | West Chester, Pennsylvania

Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting a diverse K-12 student population in an onsite role near West Chester, PA. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working with a small caseload primarily within low-incidence classrooms serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disabilities (ID). You'll collaborate closely with school-based teams, deliver impactful therapeutic interventions, and provide essential guidance to students in an urban school setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania required
• Minimum of one year of recent school-based experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience working with ASD and ID populations strongly preferred
• Comfortable and experienced in urban educational environments
• Must be able to provide PA clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to start
• Submission of licensure credentials at time of interview required
• Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group PT services to K-12 students, focusing on low-incidence classrooms
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and staff to support student goals
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school policies
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to the needs of students with ASD and ID
• Help create adaptive learning and physical access solutions within the classroom setting

What to Expect:

• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week
• Contract position through June 10, 2027
• Onsite role with a manageable, focused caseload and supportive leadership
