What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials
• Experience or keen interest in working within school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities when interacting with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs and varying ages
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress documentation preferred
• Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic about working in an educational environment

What You'll Do:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions for students as outlined in their individualized plans
• Develop and implement therapy programs aimed at improving motor skills, mobility, and participation in school activities
• Consult and collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Offer input for IEP meetings as part of the support team
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding strategies for student mobility and safety
