School-Based Physical Therapist - Westerville, Ohio

You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions across a diverse population of learners.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Ohio
• Experience delivering physical therapy in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and documentation for K-12 populations
• Ability to adapt to different age groups, from kindergarteners to high school seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and family collaboration

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students K-12, addressing a variety of needs
• Conduct assessments and write reports to inform educational planning and accommodations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and student progress
• Maintain updated records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the student support team

This assignment runs October 12, 2026, through March 12, 2027, covering two consecutive maternity leaves, offering a consistent and rewarding schedule at 35 hours per week.
