Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience (preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12th grades
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school/state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in one-on-one or group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
