School Based Physical Therapist

A school district near Wheeling, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position. The PT will support students with a manageable caseload.

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and support IEP development.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Caseload & Schedule

• Approximately 20 students.
• Covers 4 buildings: 2 elementary and 2 middle schools.
• Elementary hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Middle school hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
