What you’ll bring:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience providing PT services to school-aged children is preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, therapy documentation, and school protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Adaptability and initiative to address diverse student needs in a school setting
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practices

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students on caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Consult with teachers and staff on adaptive equipment and safe access to the learning environment
• Engage students in fun, motivating interventions to promote mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
