This assignment runs from April 20 through June 9, with a focus on providing exceptional physical therapy services. In this role, you’ll travel between seven school sites—typically visiting one or two each day—while spending most of your time at a Developmental Day Center. This structure allows you to collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff as you develop and implement therapy plans. The contract concludes after documentation and meetings are finalized following the school year’s end on June 5.

What you’ll need:

  • Valid Physical Therapy licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
  • Comfort with flexible scheduling and traveling between sites each day
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for supporting students with varying levels of physical and developmental needs
