Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students' needs and set measurable, achievable therapy goals
• Design and execute evidence-based therapy plans that align with educational goals and IEP requirements
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed documentation on student outcomes
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding mobility, adaptive equipment, and classroom modifications
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
