Desired Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to students with diverse abilities
- Design, monitor, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs) related to physical therapy goals
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other related service professionals for comprehensive student support
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to help guide educational planning for students receiving PT services
