Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required
• Strong background in school-based physical therapy preferred

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and school policies
• Perform evaluations to determine students' needs and document outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support learning and access to the school environment
• Provide direct and consultative services, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed
