Key Qualifications:

• Current physical therapy licensure
• Experience in school-based or early intervention settings
• Solid understanding of pediatric physical therapy best practices

• Ability to travel within Douglas County, primarily based near Roseburg, OR

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver early intervention PT services to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, primarily through home visits
• Collaborate with caregivers to develop strategies that support children’s gross motor growth in natural environments
• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide consultative support to early childhood special education (ECSE) staff as needed
• Maintain clear, detailed records in compliance with state and program guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and monitor progress
