Physical Therapist - School Setting in Woodstock, VT

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Vermont Physical Therapist license (required)
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads is highly desired
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow therapists
• Adaptable, organized, and compassionate with a commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students across elementary and high school caseloads
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and implement treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress toward functional and educational outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents on strategies to support student participation
• Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches
• Consult and offer resources to support inclusive educational access
