Qualifications:
- Current and valid Vermont Physical Therapist license (required)
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads is highly desired
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow therapists
- Adaptable, organized, and compassionate with a commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students across elementary and high school caseloads
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress toward functional and educational outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents on strategies to support student participation
- Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches
- Consult and offer resources to support inclusive educational access
