What you bring:
- Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license

What you’ll do:
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 10-15 K-12 students, focusing on improving mobility, motor skills, and functional independence
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student IEPs
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Consult and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and safe school participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional guidance to optimize student outcomes
