What We’re Looking For:
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is valued
- Understanding of IEP processes and federal/state special education regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting students across a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy to K-12 students with a variety of physical and developmental needs
- Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment and intervention plans in line with school goals and IEP requirements
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress in classroom and school settings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and state standards
- Offer consultative services for staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
