What We’re Looking For:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is valued
• Understanding of IEP processes and federal/state special education regulations is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting students across a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect therapy to K-12 students with a variety of physical and developmental needs
• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment and intervention plans in line with school goals and IEP requirements
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress in classroom and school settings
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and state standards
• Offer consultative services for staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
