Desired Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of IEPs and the ability to contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a passion for fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans tailored to students’ individual needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, supporting students’ mobility, motor skills, and access to their learning environment
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation, participating in IEP meetings as needed
- Offer consultation and training to educators and caregivers on techniques for maximizing student independence
- Promote an inclusive, positive environment that encourages student participation and engagement
