Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license, with eligibility to practice in Minnesota
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school populations is highly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and their integration with therapy goals
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Ability to adapt therapy sessions to the diverse needs and abilities of K–12 students
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized physical therapy plans for students
• Provide direct physical therapy services both individually and in small group settings
• Collaborate closely with educational teams, contributing expertise at IEP meetings and offering practical classroom solutions
• Educate and support staff and families in strategies to enhance student mobility and participation
• Track student progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school policies
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
