Key Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license and eligibility to practice in the state.
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally (up to 150 miles weekly) to serve multiple locations.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working closely with an onsite PT, educators, and families.
• Open to recent graduates; preference for candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect physical therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans.
• Collaborate with an onsite Physical Therapist to develop, modify, and implement therapy plans and interventions.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and related documentation for each student served.
• Participate in team meetings, assistive device assessments, and school-based staff training.
• Travel to various schools within the Educational Service District as assigned, ensuring continuity of care and support.
