Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
• Current, valid state PTA licensure or eligibility to obtain license
• Experience with pediatric populations in an educational or clinical setting welcomed, though enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Comfort with technology and a demonstrated ability to manage and deliver virtual PT sessions
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate across school teams and engage with students and families remotely
• Availability for a part-time commitment of 10 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging, goal-oriented virtual physical therapy interventions for students as directed by the supervising PT
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with overseeing PT and school staff
• Monitor and report student progress, documenting notes in adherence with school and district guidelines
• Provide feedback and resources to families and educators to support students’ therapy outcomes
• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards in school-based therapy
