Physical Therapist Assistant in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts

• Reliable, organized, and flexible in a fast-paced school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of individualized physical therapy plans under the guidance of a licensed PT
• Engage students in therapeutic activities targeting mobility, strength, and functional independence within the school setting
• Monitor progress and maintain comprehensive documentation on student outcomes
• Communicate observations and recommendations to therapy, educational, and administrative teams
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the broader school community’s success
