Physical Therapist Assistant in Cavalier, ND

Responsibilities:

• Support the physical therapy needs of students, implementing treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document progress, update records, and communicate regularly with educational staff and families
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other therapists to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Adapt activities and use assistive devices to enhance student independence and participation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Engage students in exercises and activities designed to improve function, mobility, and overall physical well-being
