This contract position is available for immediate start and runs through June 11, 2027, offering part-time hours (2-3 days per week) that provide a great balance for your schedule. You will play a crucial role in helping PreK through 3rd grade students thrive physically and achieve their developmental milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy is required
  • Valid Illinois state PTA license
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment for children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy support and interventions as directed by the supervising physical therapist
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
  • Monitor student progress and document outcomes to support their growth
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and clinicians to ensure integrated care
  • Participate in school-based meetings as needed
  • Help maintain equipment and therapy spaces in compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
