This contracted, part-time role gives you the chance to make a significant difference, delivering hands-on therapy to students in PreK through 3rd grade. Key Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Illinois state license
  • Experience or interest in working with early childhood and elementary-aged students
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Passion for empowering students to achieve functional mobility and independence

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions for PreK–3rd grade students
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, educators, and family members to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress, adapt activities, and document outcomes
  • Contribute to team meetings and student evaluations
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports every child’s growth
