Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Valid Illinois state license
- Experience or interest in working with early childhood and elementary-aged students
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Passion for empowering students to achieve functional mobility and independence
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions for PreK–3rd grade students
- Collaborate with physical therapists, educators, and family members to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress, adapt activities, and document outcomes
- Contribute to team meetings and student evaluations
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports every child’s growth
