Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois state license for Physical Therapist Assistants

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans alongside Physical Therapists to address gross motor, mobility, and functional needs for students aged PreK-3rd grade

  • Support students in maximizing their independence and participation in school activities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, sessions, and student progress
  • Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and caregivers to develop individualized therapy goals
