The position is set to begin on August 17th, 2026, and continues through early June 2027, allowing you to become an integral presence throughout the academic year.

Work closely with a collaborative team of educators and therapists, providing support two days per week for a total of 16 hours. As you help students succeed within their school setting, your guidance and clinical skills will make a real difference.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Valid North Carolina PTA License required
  • Proven experience delivering therapy services in school settings preferred
  • Ability to implement treatment plans in collaboration with licensed Physical Therapists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, teachers, and families
  • Dedication to fostering inclusive and accessible educational experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with PTs, educators, and other school staff to coordinate comprehensive support
  • Track student progress, document performances, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Actively participate in team meetings as required
  • Promote physical development and functional mobility within the school setting
