Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Hilliard, Ohio

You’ll play a vital part in students’ daily lives, all while enjoying a predictable Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license
• Experience working with school-aged children required; elementary experience preferred
• Comfortable working with a supervising virtual PT
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexible and proactive approach, as maternity leave dates may adjust
• Capable of working across multiple school buildings in a given week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to elementary students as outlined in individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate closely with the supervising virtual PT for guidance, planning, and progress monitoring
• Travel between five school buildings to ensure consistent services
• Document student progress clearly and accurately to meet school standards
• Support teachers and staff with strategies for student participation and mobility throughout the school day
• Participate in one week of orientation and mentorship with the PT prior to leave, and one week of wrap-up following the assignment
