Qualifications and Experience:

• Active PTA license or eligibility in North Carolina

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow therapists

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of individualized education and therapy plans for a diverse student population
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed to optimize outcomes
• Communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student goals, progress, and needs
• Assist in developing therapeutic strategies to support students’ physical access and participation in school activities
